Refund policy

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

All refund requests must be submitted through the designated refund request link (Contact support). Requests submitted through any other method may not be processed.

Event cancellation

In the event that an event is officially cancelled by the Event Organizer, approved refunds will include:

• The full ticket price
• Applicable taxes
• A partial refund of the platform service fee

Event rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, refund requests will be reviewed with reasonable consideration to accommodate attendees who are unable to attend due to prior commitments. Approval remains at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
